Ford showed the off-road version of updated Ranger Wildtrak pickup

Ford has unveiled a top-end modification of the updated pickup Ranger – Wildtrak. This version has an extended list of standard equipment and increased off-road capabilities.
Pick-up with double cabin equipped with a 3.2-liter five-cylinder turbo diesel, developing 200 horsepower and 470 Nm of torque. The engine is combined with only a six-speed automatic transmission. The Ford Comapny stated that the engine began to consume 18 percent less fuel due to modernization of EGR.

The ground clearance of 230 millimeters, and the driving force is still limited to 3500 kilograms. Ranger Wildtrak is able to overcome ford depth to 800 millimeters, which, according to the company, is the best indicator in this segment.

Standard equipment includes news rearview camera, front and rear parking sensors, a system of aid at the start of the mountain and hill descent, stall prevention, the system, tire pressure monitoring, as well as 18-inch aluminum wheels.
